How do I become a neighbourhood co-host?

It's like any other business @Tyris3 

1. decide on your business model

2. do research on what other co-hosts and management companies are offering locally and what you can do that is different better

3. invest in marketing to promote yourself as co-host ie having your own social media/website, invest in online advertising and other PR to promote your service.

I’ve started looking into co-hosting. How do I go about finding a host that needs a co-host and how do you approach them?
