I want to start becoming a seller on aribnb, but how?

I am Nitin, Hosting on Airbnb and other platforms from last 13 years and have hosted more than 8000 guests so far. 
In my suggestion.

1) First check the local government or community rules in your area.

2) Check the feasibility of earning in your area, Which means how’re other bnb are doing in your area, are they getting business and what is there occupancy rate.

3) If you see the business opportunity after feasibility then go for your property listing on Airbnb which is very easy.
