Is there an option to include a Liability Waiver with the AirBNB booking? There is on other rental sites.
I own a cabin on the water that I rent out. It is unclear that AirBNB will cover me if someone hurt using kayaks or paddleboats. Therefore, I currently ask all renters in the direct messaging chat section to read and sign a waiver. I'd love to include this with the booking automatically. If available, could some post how this is done.
Thanks

@Brad880 We do have everyone staying at our island, which has kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling boards, sea scooters, etc. to sign a waiver of liability upon arrival. Not one guest in 8 years has ever balk at signing it. Granted ours is short & sweet not some over the top 'legal manifesto', in essence its central message is: 'Swim at your own risk'.
I haven't. I'll post if I do. Please share if you find anything out.

Thanks Fred. I already do this. Other hosting platforms have a waiver option built within their platform that is included with the booking. Then I do not have to manage getting signed waivers at all. That is the option I'm looking for built within AirBNB platform.
Would be very helpful - hopefully they implement this soon.
Hi Fred and Brad - thanks for this helpful advice. I'm currently looking at doing the same for my waterfront property, providing a waiver, etc. Would either of you be open to sharing your current liability waiver with me? Just looking at a few options and trying to craft something that suits my place best. Thank you!
we are looking into the same topic.
I noticed that AirB&B does have a waiver for their Experiences but not for Hosting:
