Once the photo tour is set up with the where you will sleep photos, etc., are these overriden if the main host adds a picture to the platform? I've had to go in and redo the "where you will sleep section" several times and not sure why I have to do that?
Thank you,

Thanks for the tag @Alex
Looks like there are several issues. Right now Airbnb says this listing has no bedrooms and is showing as a "Studio" - which is obviously not correct.
This is because there are no Bedroom "Rooms" created in the photo tour. Not related at all to uploading photos.
Create a Bedroom "Room" for each bedroom. Move the photos for that bedroom to the new room you created. Then add the size/number of bed(s) to one photo in each Bedroom under sleeping arrangements. This will correct the sub-title and show the correct number of bedrooms and populate the Where You'll Sleep Section on the Listing.
I do suggest you add captions to every photo (right now they are showing the image file name). I also suggest a different cover photo. I would try this one as the cover:
Hi Joan,
Thank you very much for your helpful response! The issue I’m having is I have created the photo tours several times and it keeps getting erased. I have set up and checked the next day and it is all there and then at some point it disappears. I think the management company that sets the rates for us is somehow overriding my photo tour work.
If they update the description or add a picture, does that knock out the photo tour work that I have done? Just trying to understand the dynamics when I am co hosting with the mgmt company. Do they have to make the same changes I do on their side for the photo tour to stay in place? Thank you!
I see...your original post didn't mention you are using a PMS. That could be the issue if the Owner has set "sync" everything when establishing the connection to their Airbnb profile/Account Settings. That means changes to the listings need to be done through the PMS - not through Airbnb.

Do you not have access to the PMS as a Co Host?
