How much extra should I charge guests this year due to inflation and rising energy costs in Orlando

Hey Guys,

I am trying to work out my price increases for this year but its a little difficult to work out.

I was thinking of going up by 20% to cover the energy costs etc. but this does seem excessive.

What are you guys thinking ?

@Craig714 I don't suppose anyone will really care but colluding on price is anti-competitive. I wonder if there is a community centre rule as well that protects Airbnb from people doing this.
