@Virginia637 When I did allow month long rentals or any rental longer than 2 weeks, I had a note in my description that stated that "rentals for more than X days will be charged a mid-rental cleaning fee of X dollars to be paid via the Resolution Center prior to arrival". I then had a paragraph in my acceptance email that reiterated that fact, alerting the guest to the Resolution Center charge and the requirement for pre-payment. I also stated when the cleaning would be conducted unless the guest contracted for a different day. Worked well.
