Hi! I want to find out if my listing meets certain requirements to surpass the 90 day limit for London.

No self contained listing surpasses the requirement to let outside on the 90 day limit I'm afraid..

Only homeshares are exempt.

you would need to apply to your local council for planning permission.

I don't know of any hosts that have been successful in getting it.
