How to get cleaning staff?

If I put my property into the covid 19 response list, how to find the right cleaner to do cleaning.

As my property is right next to the hospital,  so I am thinking if I should make it as covid 19 response accommodation or not, I haven't got booking for the rest of the month or next few months.
