How to get into contact with Airbnb

As a new host, it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get into contact with the right person for the query.

Booking number HMRACAK 22 01 2022

According to Transactions Payoneer Payment ID 36882101 for R1042.74 was paid on 22 02 2022.

However, this payment does not reflect on my banking statement at all.

I have done 2 queries through the community Center and every time I am told that it has been paid.

Well is has not.  I can provide my bank statement as proof.

How do I get into contact with Airbnb please.

@Jeanne648  There is no point in giving a booking number here. This is just a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not customer service- no one here has access to your accounts nor can do anything to facilitate your payouts.

I'm not sure what you mean by "2 queries through the community center". This forum is the community center. 

Are you aware that the date Airbnb says they released the payment isn't when it appears in your bank account? It can take 5 business days or so after it's released to arrive in your account. 

There is a post near the top of the first  this Help section that directs you on how to contact customer service.
