@Annecy1 Good morning, Unfortunately your post is not very clear and has a few confusing words. But in any case, you need to read your lease and see if this is allowed. This may be considered subletting or a commercial enterprise. If either of these are against your lease, that’s an issue. You should ask your landlord. If he/she says yes, you need to find out what by-laws or regulations there are for your area. Some may specific that it must be owner occupied or owner that has to hold a licence. And then follow the process if it’s allowable. It’s not possible for anyone in here to tell you how to go about it without knowing your own area’s rules.
