How to get your Facturify?

So I have an RFC number and have it registered with Airbnb. I was in fact receiving my monthly Facturify emailed to me. This month however, they send me a link to download. The link does not work. I get a response that password is not good but when I try and reset the password I get no email sent to me to reset. Airbnb says its a facturify issue but airbnb has no information to contact them. I tried a chat with facturify but no response. Does anyone have any information as to how to get your facturify sent to you via airbnb or how to get ahold of facturify direct?

Invoice is actually supposed to say F A C T U R I F Y - it auto corrected. Thank you.

Hi Russ466, you should try contacting them through their chat available on facturify.com they'll help you reseting your password and get the  invoices.
