How to list a stationary RV

We have a 34 ft well appointed and maintained RV that is stationary Sept 1 - Oct 31. We have a well groomed area where its parked and are located in a college town that sees an influx of visitors during the fall sports season. We'd like to list it if possible but don't know how to go about it.

You go about it the same as you would any other type of listing @Mark4845 

1. Do your market research on STR regulations for your location, supply and demand and look at similar listings in your areA.
