obtaining Alojamento Local license in the Azores - required documents

Hi,

I am seeking some help from the community with regards to obtaining Alojamento Local license on Sao Miguel island in the Azores. I have understood the process is a bit different from the mainland

. I was informed that in order to submit the AL request to the municipality,  I need to deliver following documents (among others)

1. House plan in scale of 1/50 or 1/100, including dimensions, areas and uses, fixed furniture and sanitary equipment

2. Safety project with a term of responsibility of its author, against fire risks, if required Plant of the property(s), with indication of the accommodation units assigned to the activity. 

I am struggling to obtain these 2 documents. What is you experience - did you had to supply these documents? And would you be able to help me find somebody who can create these documents for me? How have you dealt with that?

Hi, yes I have asked to be accepted to the group on FB on Saturday, however no response. I have re-submitted my application on Monday, with the same result so far.

There seems to be a dead end everywhere I turn - I really struggle to move forward with any of this. But thank you for your message, much appreciated!
