Insurance for my Airbnb rental

My current Insurance company that cover  us for Home Insurance will only cover us to rent out our space for 120 days

per year and I am already at 68 days so need to get coverage soon

I see you are just down the road from us.  We use Square One and are not limited by the number of days we can host.  There are many others available out there.

Hi there @Meda53 @Dave-and-Deb0 ,

I got a quote from Square One 3890$ but the deductible is 5000$ due to having airbnb which is too high.  Is your deductible also the same and do you know any other insurance company covers short term rentals? My property is on Vancouver Island.
