how are you diversifying?

How are you diversifying you property listings so that you are not fully dependable on airbnb? I had my account suspended due to a false accusation (suspension was lifted as it was completely false and retaliatory) and since then has left a bad taste with airbnb; not to mention this aircover policy...I have had airbnb ask me for proof on how someone broke a microwave?! How am I supposed to know how they broke it????Or not fully honoring guest having extra guests and paying extra fees for it...I have found that vrbo isn't much better  with tons of fake guests who offer to pay via check...what are other ways to diversify that also have good safeguards?
