@Maureen427  You can't simply transfer the bookings. Guests booked, in part, on the basis of your hosting history and reviews. They need to be given a choice as to whether to keep the reservation, in light of there being new owners, or being allowed to cancel, with full refund, if they wish to. Guests can't just be passed along, like selling the place with the furniture. You should contact Airbnb for assistance in how to deal with the already booked guests. And you need to snooze the isting ASAP, and not take any new bookings now.
