@Sudsrung0 yes I agree it's better to use the special promo if you're going to drop prices, cos you get the special callout. But, you can can't inflate the original price, (yes, i get why), so they choose your average room rate as the base, but this doesn't work so well moving into Xmas.
I dabbled with the last minute pricing discount and didn't get any bookings so I turned it off, but I think i'll try again as the logic of "let your customers know they got a good deal" is wise. But, I don't think guests see they got a Last Minute discount, do they?
