Hi @Monica2526

I see you posted awhile ago but still wanted to see if we could tag a Host who might have some recommendations or at least thoughts for you.

Do you have a slow season in your area like this @Kitty-and-Creek0? Your lovely listing with a mountain view looks like it might qualify as "off the beaten path" as well.

We are quite off the beaten path, definitely! We are quite accessible to folks from the cities south of us, and California is by necessity a car culture. California people are outdoors types, and we fill that slot quite well.

There are people who come here in winter, for the peace and quiet, but the first couple months of the year are much slower here.  We do get some snow, and in March this year we were snowed in for 2 1/2 weeks, which happens every 10 years like clockwork. We did anticipate and closed our calendar; however we've enough food, books, puzzles and music to take care of guests should we all get "stuck" here. Right now folks are here for clear skies and autumn colors, star gazing is big on our porch!
