6. The basic amenities must be there depending on your property needs.
7. Provide good photo & info about your property what’s are the services guest can get from you.
8. In initial stage put competitive rates and allow 20% discount on first 3 bookings.
9. Once you publish online keep your eyes on message or booking.
10. Once you receive the first booking welcome the guest and explain about your service.
11. After checking out write a review for the guest.
12. Your Airbnb profile and Backoffice all information must be correct to receive your payment.
Once you familiar about Airbnb then go for next step as you like. There are no limit how many property you host with Airbnb. The most important thing is customer service and facility can enjoy by guest.
