I am having difficulty preparing the report the City of LA wants for an extended home sharing permit. Could someone that has received an extended home sharing permit help me?

I have submitted two reports which the City says are incomplete.  I am not understanding the missing information as I think I have provided it.  I do not want to challenge their request I just want to respond expedicitidly and throughly.

I would appreciate talking to someone that has received the extended home sharing permit for the City of LA.

I see that you have not had any answer nor comments yet to your request for more than 2 week.
