I am unable to upload my info for tax info

the box to submit is grayed out and I have filled everything out correctly. Any one else have this happen, any ideas?

Perhaps you could try to delete your cookies and browser history if you're on the website, or if you're on the app perhaps try to delete and reinstall the app.

thanks, I have tried from my app, laptop to no avail. I also am unable to add pictures, should I delete the listing and start over? I have not published it or gone live yet as I am building it out, but this platform is not intuitive for me. thanks!

This has been an ongoing issue for me too, and airbnb support is no support at all. They seem to be baffled and impotent. They referred me to a website of the country that requires the taxes and it is completely mind boggling what they're requiring hosts to get involved in. You would have to take a six month course in tax accounting to understand what they expect of you. I'm probably just going to abandon this platform. I bet the central banks paid billions of dollars to have Airbnb developed for tax collection (using a couple of young inventors as cover)
