I recently received a request from Airbnb to complete my KYC using a link they provided. However, when I clicked on the link, it showed that my KYC was already up to date. Despite this, all my payouts were paused, and no amount was being transferred. When I contacted customer support, they sent the same link again, which showed that my KYC was up to date. I expected my payouts to resume, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved, and I had to contact support every day. They assured me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but the problem still persists. I am extremely disappointed with Airbnb's customer support. The last time I called, the representative disconnected the call without informing me of the status of my complaint or transferring me to the proper team to handle my issue. I am unsure whom to contact for a resolution to this problem.
