I'm having trouble opening my Airbnb Transaction History. It seems to be loading, even something starts to appear, and then a white screen loads. I've tried everything—I've reinstalled my web browsers (Egde/firefox?/brave/chrome-all of them), I cleared my cache, and deleted cookies.
It worked for a while on the InPrivate version, but that doesn't work anymore.
The mobile app works, but on computers browsers, I get the same result—a white screen.
Any suggestions on how to make it work on my computer?
The rest of the page loads correctly—I need my transaction history to make invoices.

That does sound frustrating, especially when you need your transaction history for invoices. Since you’ve already tried multiple browsers, clearing cache, and even InPrivate mode, it looks very similar to a bug other hosts have reported recently where the earnings/transaction history page whites out on desktop.
A couple of things you could try while waiting on Airbnb Support to patch it:
Mobile app workaround → you mentioned it works fine there, so you can export/download reports from the app in the meantime.
Direct export → on desktop, if you can get into Performance > Earnings, sometimes the “Download CSV/XLS” button still works even when the page view glitches.
Incognito window with VPN off → in some cases, using a clean session without extensions or VPN has allowed the page to load.
Just to understand better @Fusy-Miętusy0 , why are you making invoices? I'm asking because for most of us it's not necessary. The earnings reports are usually sufficient for tax, and guests can download their own invoices from Airbnb if they need them.
