I'm new to hosting and am trying to set up bank details

I'm in Vanuatu and when I try to enter in my bank details, the system tells me that I don't have permission to do it.

I am logged in and have entered in all the correct info however when I hit 'submit', it doesn't go through.

Is there something I am missing or need to do?

Don't know how to call airbnb support to ask the question.

can someone help?
