I've been using Airbnb for the past 10 years to travel and everytime I had an issue (which have been only 2), the team has exceeded my expectations and helped me out in the best way.
Now, I've started to do some photoshoots as a professional photographer, which is great and I love doing them as the hosts are great and the shootings are very entertaining and honestly, a great way to make some extra money in Argentina. But for some reason, I'm missing 5 payments now and I'm very concerned about what can happen with the other shoots I've done and the ones I still have to do.
I have all my information verified on the platform and the strangest thing of all, is that I've received successfully 1 payment (the first shoot I've done) but I'm missing the rest of them and I have no response whatsoever from the Photography team.
I really hope someone from Airbnb can help me out because I've invested money and resources to do this shootings and I'm afraid I won't get the payment.

So I've got an answer from the photography team yesterday night, and if there are any other photographers that have the same doubt or issue, here's what they have told me.
Airbnb has billing cycles that happen every 2 weeks on Tuesdays - I misunderstood that the payment of each session happened after 14 days but not that there were cycles. I have had one successful payment that I now understand it happened on the same day that payments are issued.
I should have the payouts today and the rest of them, in the next batch of payouts.

Hi Helen, I figured out that as some related issues have been posted as well and I’m not getting answer from Airbnb’s photography team I’d give it a try here, I apologize if that was incorrect!

I can understand this is frustrating! You mention you've contacted the Photography team to no avail, have you also tried to contact Customer Support in case they're able to investigate this for you?

Yes, I’ve tried with them as well and in one ocasion they said they could not help me and then they said they were going to send this to a special team but haven’t got any information either 😕
