I need Help

How do I contact Customer Service.  I removed their new listing discount but they keep on applying it.  I am a new host and I cannot see anywhere where I can talk to someone. Think I will just raise the price by that amount.  Any ideas

Thank you for your help I assumed it would on the hosting site and I just couldn’t find it because I’m new to this.  But yes I googled it
