I want to add a photo of the front of the property to a welcome message

I know how to include a message in the scheduled messages, but I also want to include a photo of the front of a property to stop any confusion of going to the wrong house.

Ideally the photo needs to be automatically be sent a few days before arrival.

I  recall seeing this facility, but now I can not find it, unless I am thinking of another platform !

Unfortunatelly, it is not possible to add any picture in the automated messages.
