I want to ensure that a long term guest pays a certain amount but the service fee they see is differ

I want to ensure that a long term guest pays a certain amount for their stay (I've negotiated a fee with them) but the service fee they see is different to the one that I see as a host.

Not only that if I log in as a guest and enter in their dates I see yet another service fee!!!

How can I calculate the amount to charge them so that they pay and exact amount we have agreed upon?

Thanks

Hi,

Airbnb charge 3% service fee from the host and somewhere between 6-12% fee from the guest (if you list your property manually/ directly on Airbnb) however if you list your space via channel partner, Airbnb will charge flat 15% service fee from the host and 0% fee from the guest.

15% fee comes with some benefits too.

Hi

Thanks for the answer. Can you tell me more about 'channel partner' please?

Thanks

Steve
