ID Verification not working

ID Verification not working

Changed my name as it was misspelled and uploaded my ID. When I press the button saying "Get Verified", it just reloads the page, while keeping my Calendar blocked. Profile says that I'm verified but the calendar is still blocked and my welcome back screen says Identity verification needed. E-mail confirmation also did not verify me. Please help!

I just want to check whether you have contacted Airbnb support? Some of our hosts here may have experience with a similar issue and could offer guidance, but you also need to contact customer care (on the Help option) if you have not done so.

Hey @Ann-Marie103, could you please try the following steps 👇🏽

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with your email from your account
