Hi @Rudolf103 I understand your concern regarding the reception of hosting-related emails at your personal address despite updating your "Business email" under "Business Details." Currently, Airbnb's system primarily uses the email address listed under "Account" > "Personal info" for all communications, including hosting activities. The "Business email" field is mainly utilised for business verification purposes and doesn't redirect hosting communications to the specified business email.
To manage hosting communications separately from personal ones, consider
Set Up Email Forwarding Rules: Configure your personal email account to automatically forward Airbnb hosting emails to your business email. This method allows you to receive all hosting communications in your business inbox without altering your Airbnb account settings.
Let's hope later they can implement this as I'm sure many other hosts would like the same function.
