I need help on the Airbnb related laws in India. Can the society choose to not allow someone to put their flat on short term rentals.

I put up from gurgaon , haryana and my airbnb is in a gated society in Haryana. If anyone can help regarding these laws related queries and approvals needed, it would be really helpful

You can normally find details of any STr regulations on your local government website.

and yes local government can stop you from doing STR if you don't meet their criteria for having a licence @Aryan412
