Insurance options Ontario Canada for Cottages

Hey guys!

I am looking to close on a cottage this coming Monday in Muskoka Area (Ontario) - after calling many companies for insurance, most don't insure all year round, none will insure for liability for non-motorized water sports (canoes/kayaks/paddle boards etc), nor hot tubs/saunas etc

Has anyone got a local company that will insure liability against injury associated with these types of items?

Haves your tried insurance company broker, surely they could find something.

my insurance is Niche Assurance
