Insurance options in a brushfire zone

We are in the process of navigating the web of insurance policies to protect us as hosts. We're currently exploring a few different options and were curious what everyone else is using for insurance? We are pretty limited as we are in East LA and are getting denied for brushfire so we have to go with the California Fair Plan. Could really use some assistance.
