Insurance that covers short term rentals in Canada

I am seeking information on property insurance that will cover short term rentals in Canada.

My broker has not been able to come up with quotes less than $4,500

The name of the insurance company and any particular issues that you are aware of, would be

very helpful.

Your broker is your best friend when trying to find commercial STR coverage.  It is always way more expensive than regular home insurance.  My STR insurance is almost double my hmme and zuto combined.
