I wish I could provide detailed insurance providers in your area but I am in Canada.  I would however recommend joining the Dallas Airbnb Host Club on Facebook and asking there as I am sure they would have lots of recommendations on the brokers they use.  Here is a link to that host club: https://www.facebook.com/groups/594822107807501
