Invoices in Poland

Hi all,

I have my own company and I am a VAT payer. I use AirBnb to rent my house. 

I need to document somehow the income from the AirBnb - to whom I should address the Invoice, to the AirBnb, or to the person who is renting the house?

The VAT invoice regarding the reservation can be found in the list of reservations.

Hi everyone

I am renting my flat for Airbnb. What is the law for this? Do I have to inform police or goverment?

İs it sufficient just only inform tax office?

I searched but not clear. Please share your knowledge and expereince.
