How many months of renting home would be considered long term rental in Florida?

@Jesenia4   Usually after 30 days your guest becomes a tenant, and your str is now an ltr.  Check your local rental laws before taking on your HOA.  What do your HOA bylaws say?  Have the bylaws changed since you purchased the property?
