Issue speaking with a representative regarding a refund

The hassle that a customer encounters to speak with someone associated with Airbnb is ridiculous.

 

I am writing to urgently request assistance regarding an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience with the host Jason of Seven Properties for the property located at **.

 

Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach a live representative to discuss the host’s disregard for guests and the poor condition of the property. The lack of support is deeply frustrating, and I need to speak with someone immediately to resolve this matter. I may be reached at **.
