[Jersey City] Seasonal property manager wanted

Hi, 

I'm looking for a property manager that will manage rentals for my property (single-family home, a few rooms) on an ad-hoc basis. Responsibilities include managing bookings, answering guest questions / ensuring guests are supported, coordinating with cleaners and handymen (if repairs necessary).

Any good recommendations on which property management company to use around Jersey City? Or, if you're a property manager drop a line below.
