Jersey City Short-Term-Rental (STR) application Question

Hello, 

I'm in the process of applying for an STR in Jersey city. There is a requirement for a Rental agent on some of the forms. Do we need to have a real estate agent for this application or can I just list myself for this section since I'm applying as the owner?
