Just started. A question about stated price

My stated price is $120 per night. I offered 20% discount to the first 3 bookings. Yet when I tested the listing, it showed $120 per night, and not the discounted price. Why? Also, how is the service fee calculated? It seemed high to me.

Your listings shows the 20% promotional discount. Please note it is added to other discounts, so for example if guest books a week, they get 15% (your weekly discount set)  + 20% discount  !

The Guest Airbnb Service fee is calculated correctly (14% + VAT).

Please note also taxes are charged/remitted.
