KYC Verification

Airbnb owe me thousands of euro as they still haven't verified my account despite all the relevant documentation being submitted. Customer support are now actively closing any new support threads I open for updates and are ignoring me. I've been going around in circles for months talking to robots who tell me it's being forwarded to the relevant department. Sick of their bullshït, it's outrageous and frankly disgusting. To see so many others here in the same position highlights what a bunch of scammers they are. You can bet if I treated my guests half as badly as they treat hosts, they wouldn't be long suspending my listing. I am taking legal advice and I will get every penny I am owed. I am also filing a complaint with the regulator here, they'll keep getting away with this if nobody takes formal action.

my payment is on hold for almost 3 weeks now and been a week since I provided and completed my KYC . Compliance payment team message me but it’s copy paste no real communication

I am having the same issue.

  1. KYC stating that I have not uploaded my partner's ID which I have and am desperately trying to reupload the documents, however the system will not allow this, it states it already has the requested information. They have sent me so many links that state ALL DONE when I open the link. Customer service keeps closing my chats. They owe me $9000 Australian how do I get someone to verify my account so my payments are no longer paused. 
  2. Any help would be appreciated.
