I have completed the form multiple times but the firm has technical issues.
I have seen in this community chat this is not a new issue and I’m not the only one facing this situation.
I’ve already talk with multiple agents without resolution. This is clearly a system glitch, and urgently need to escalate this to the technical support team not a general customer service.
My payouts are being withheld and this is creating financial hardship. Please escalate this to a Tier 2 or Supervisor who can manually verify my account or fix the form error.
Do you have any suggestions score I find Keagan help to solve this matter ?
Did Airbnb ask you to re-verify your identity?
Yes, there have been numerous issues with broken links in emails and the system saying you ARE verified, but payments still suspended.

No I haven’t ask to re-verify my identity yet I will.
I got told yesterday the error was found and was to get solved in a few hours … I am still on hold .
As many host here we all depend on the income to take care of our monthly commitments and I’m already late . This is very frustrating specially when I have done many actions to solve this matter .
I feel very disappointed!

I haven't got fix the issue I already call multiple times since June 18 and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ... they are saying the issue is reported and they are working on it .... this is a big loop.
Why if they know this is an issue with the link keep sending the broken link to ppl and impacting our economic lives.
This is not okay.
I don't see the urgency to solve anything when is clearly a BIG DEAL!

Sometimes it’s not Airbnb’s server, but a browser or cache issue interfering with form submission.
I have tried on many places lap top my phone , different times a day nothing works .
This is exactly my same situation! I have been paused for over a week with no payouts and no one at Airbnb will help. They all "understand my frustration" which they don't because it is not their money. The amount of interest they are making by keeping our money is crazy! I have seen this happens quite often when you review the community frustrations. I have tried several different browsers and many devices as well. Let me know if anyone has had any success with getting this resolved.
Yeah exactly! they only said has been reported the error and they have been working on it but I have 3 weeks now and they can careless ... I don't believe this is an URGENT matter for them.
They are messing up with ppl financial lives sending a link that DO NOT WORK, and they know this happens.
