Dear Paula,

I am following up on my payout, which has been on hold since 8 May 2026.

I submitted all requested legal documents on 18 May 2026, but I have not received any updates on my case. Every time I contact Support, I am told that my case has been escalated to a special team, but no one has contacted me directly.

Unfortunately, KYC and payout holds can take much longer than expected. keep following up through the existing support case and ask for a specific status update or estimated review timeline. Hopefully Paula can escalate this internally and get you a clearer answer.

Unfortunately, no estimated review timeline has been provided. Ms. Paula has also not followed up with me regarding the status of my case.

 

This prolonged payout hold is causing serious financial difficulties. My housing loan payment is now overdue, and I am struggling to cover utility bills and other operating expenses. I have had to seek assistance from others just to manage essential costs.

 

The uncertainty and lack of updates have caused me significant stress and anxiety. I would greatly appreciate a clear status update on my case, an estimated timeline for completion, or escalation to the appropriate team for urgent review.
