Kawartha Lakes new regulations

hello. Coming back here to seek input. The City of Kawartha Lakes is now waging “war” on STRs and coming many regulations. My question is, is there nothing that we can do?? I

 ready to fight back. Can we not band together and get legal advice I’m our rights?? After all this is our property that we have rights to. Need some advice here. We maybe should form a super union and explore what our rights are!!
