Less than $200 for a 28nights booking

I really don’t understand how my guests total bill for one month booking states 142$ per a month when I listed my apartments for $170 per night. I’m confused and need all the necessary assistance I can get as I keep getting bookings for less than 150$ for 30 nights.

Your listing with nr 51188601 shows you probably  have set fixed prices for specific months.

Check this in your settings and if so, correct it asap.

@Lanteh0 Your ‘luxury service apartment’ indeed has some fabulous prices for monthly stay guests. Turn instant book off until you get this sorted. Check the discount section of your listing as you must  have some custom prices set by mistake.
