Listing agent

I have a listing agent for my house rental that is also listed with airbnb . Our contract , 1 yr. Is up this month . I would like to become host for my listing for airbnb instead of listing company handling it now.

As long as there are no outstanding bookings with your management  company then just go ahead  presumably you've reviewed your contract with the management company .
