Listing cancellation

Hi all

I am in the process of having a listing cancelled despite having a proven track record of good service on here.
I have received three poor reviews recently (unjustified) despite having a good history in the past FIVE years.

Can anyone advise/help please?

Thanks

@Patrick3734 I do wonder if Airbnb is right in this case. Clearly its impossible to be sure but reading your reviews many complain about dust and one about dirty sheets. Worse for me though is the one where you blamed the guest for entering the wrong apartment. How can this even be possible given that you should have separate lock boxes for each apartment and different keys?

Finally your attitude seems to be 'Its only £35/night so you should expect a rusty microwave' (clearly not your words but that's how it comes across). This is not how guest expectations work - They don't expect a large, opulent place at that price but they do expect, and deserve, clean and comfortable.

Hello @Patrick3734

Airbnb has changed a lot in the recent years I'm sure you've noticed and from information gathered, it would seem that the algorithm is now focusing on recent reviews rather than a good track record going back several years.

If you have had recent complaints this will explain why your listing is being suspended.  Normally hosts receive a warning from Airbnb that highlights the particular problem a guest complained about .  If another complaint is received on the same issue it seems to be "two strikes and you're out" now.
