I have noticed a huge difference this year as i closed for a few months to renovate and tried to reopen with no luck. I had to give lots of information, driving licence etc and the only answer i get are generic AI . I have been a super host even for the last two years.

I just received an email which i could also not respond to which said our property is in huge demand which it is  with Booking.com we are well booked this summer. We are preffered with them and have a dedicated phone number that makes us really feel like a dedicated partner.

I can't see the listing on your profile, but from what you've written above (renovations and lots of business through another channel), it does sound like you have little availability on Airbnb and you've had little movement on your account in the form of bookings. 

My guess is your listing is not placing well in search results - you can check to see if it's the case. You may need to make things more attractive for the search bot.

That doesn't appear to be an Airbnb Listing, but appears to be your booking.com listing?

we were superhosts but not listed with Airbnb . We closed for renovations for a few months and could not open it. No support just Airbnb

Could you share a bit more detail about what support is saying regarding your listing, or if you’re facing any specific issues with getting it published or verified?

Hi @Paula, That form was what i sent before as a superhost it goes directly to AI. As i was saying before Airbnb has changed this year with no support. Meanwhile we love Booking and with them we are getting well booked this summer.
