Looking for a Co-host

My Client has an Airbnb in Oklahoma City, and we are looking for a cohost. Preferably outside the US, someone who can help us with handling guests, communication, cleaning coordination, pricing optimization, check ins, check outs and overall property maintenance.

What is your relationship with the owners @Jc128 -  why are you recommending they employ a cohost who's not even in the same time zone.?

the whole point of a cohost is that they are on hand to provide support locally  for owners who live remotely, they understand local STR regulations, can do cleaner spot checks and go to a listing to sort out issues with problem guests or for maintenance  issues .

how are the cohosts you want to employ who don't live in the US going to be able to do this @Jc128
